To The UNKNOWN God

We live in a world where philosophies, concepts, ideas, world views & objective truths penetrate our society, culture, mindsets, lifestyles and "religion". The most important piece of knowledge human beings can attain is what we know about God. With so many of these aspects infecting our thoughts, perspective & lifestyle on our view of God, how do we decide what is true, relevant, or really matters? We live in a time where everyone has a quote, an answer, and belief. So, is truth about God even able to be discovered when so many perspectives and influences infiltrate, block, and/or distort our view of life? Well in the next 5 minutes it takes you to read this, I hope you will find the answer you're looking for.

To say that something is unknowable is to say that it doesn't exist, because if it did exist it would be knowable. There is always a means to discovering truth. That is why philosophy is defined as the pursuit of knowledge. It doesn't seek just to ask questions, but to find the answer to the questions it asks. This is why God's existence is ultimately an irrefutable fact, when you weigh the evidence (for more info just let me know). As we undeniably know that God is real, how do we find out more about Him? How do we know exactly what to believe about Him? Lets go to the basics:

-"God & Man, Creator & Creation, Maker & Made": At the end of the day, aside from all religions, denominations, race, nationalities and cultures this is the case, this is all that really matters: RELATIONSHIP. Religion is man made, which creates a lot of rules and regulations, rituals and routines, by which they profess to know God but in actuality never even meet Him. People, are apart of certain religious groups because it sounds good, or they were born into it, or simply because everyone else is doing it. So claiming to know God, they create a god by making religions, denominations & cults which are based on traditions, cultures, ceremonies, rituals and routines, but none actually have a relationship. They know what to do, but they don't know why they do it, they know what to say but they don't know why they say it.. or to whom. Therefore they put on this form (image) of 'Godliness' but the power of God is denied. They pray 7 times a day, go to every service & maybe know a couple of scriptures based off of what they've heard, but yet God is not with them. They don't know who or what it is they really worship. God is a spirit, so to worship Him you would have to have the same spirit He has, which would ultimately be the truth. Truth is not relative. Its many different spirits and so-called truths but its only ONE absolute truth. I know many want to say "how can there only be 1 right 'religion'." Well how can God be 2 different Gods at the same time? Hindus & Buddhists believe in many Gods, Muslims believe in 1 God, Christians believe in 1 God but in 3 forms. How can God be true if He contradicts Himself? He either is or he isn't. 2+2 is always going to equal 4 so when you have one right answer there is an infinite number of wrong. It's one truth, one spirit, one God so.. Back to the basics "God & Man" (remove religion):

-If God is God "creator of everything" how could he be unknown?

-Did He not create everything and everyone? Is God not God of all?

-Is there anything that you can do to help Him be more or less God?

-Does God need your help in some way?

-Does He live in things created by His creation?

-Does He not give you Life, Breath, and everything in between?

-Is God not in control of everything that happens

-Can someone stop God from being God & doing what He wants to do or mess up His plans?

-Would God not make a way for you to find out who He is, the reason why you are here & what happens later?

If God stopped being God, would we not all perish? The fact that we are even in existence proves that God is real & God is God. If in Him we survive & by him we exist, well shouldn't for Him we live? Are we not His creation? God created us different from any other species, organism & living creature He created. Being that we are made in His image we not ought to think that God is like anything we can create, even in our imagination. We were created out of God's imagination, therefore the effect can't be greater than the cause. Our thoughts about God should be discovered not created. God created us, we don't create God... how we want Him to be, look, feel, or act. Truth exist outside of ourselves, it's up to us to discover it in a world of falsehood. The truth is, there is a creator who is holding you accountable for acknowledging honoring, and glorifying Him, & promises terrible things for those who don't!

Now for those who claim to have a relationship with God what does this really mean? If I'm in a relationship with someone first & foremost that means we have somethings in common, we can "relate". For God to be in "right" relationship with you, "He has to have something in common with you. You shouldn't be looking for what you have in common with Him." The only thing that God can vibe with us on, is the fact that we believe/trust/hope & have faith in Jesus Christ, otherwise we don't have a relationship with God, period. Secondly, He said, Be Holy for I am Holy, be separate, be perfect (mature), depart from iniquity, & don't be of this world. God calls us to reflect His image (glory). What "relationship" does light have with darkness, righteous & unrighteous, sin & purity? None! Lastly, relationships are only developed by mutual love. Nothing can stop God's Love from reaching us, but we cant say we have God, if we don't love(delight/treasure/value) God! If we love Him, we will love the things He loves and hates the things He hates. God loves people and HATES sin! So check your relationship because one day you are going to meet God face to face & He is gone be pretty mad if you've been ignoring His phone calls, and not responding to His texts!

What is The Purpose of Life?

......let's get straight to it!...

     Why are we here? What were we created for? What is the point of our existence? What really matters in life? What is the point of out life? When we come to the end of our life and we cannot take anything or anyone with us, what really matters? I know what many say but how much do they really know? They have been living life just a long as i have, some just even existing. Some say we create our own purpose...how can a finite being that is like a drop of water compared to the ocean, a grain of sand compared to the desert, and a star in the sky compared to the galaxies create its own purpose? Does a fish wake up one morning & say i want to be a bird, or a bird say "o i want to learn how to swim"? NO! lol. Or take teenager who feels the purpose of life is to get to the next level of Call of Duty on their video game system..We know its no meaning to that but try convincing him! Everything and everyone obviously has a predetermined destiny, an ordained fate, and a planned out purpose or meaning for their lives! So what does ours consist of?..1st i will tell you what our society generally believes what The Purpose of Life is.

To Be Happy!

     Now many, practically everyone agrees that our ultimate purpose is to live a life in the pursuit of happiness. To do what satisfies or is best for me. To acquire all that i can in the shortest amount of time i can & my life will be complete. If i can obtain a good car, job, wife, family, and friends then i've made it in this world. If i can live the American Dream i have fulfilled my purpose, I have lived a good life!

     How wrong this is! Does anyone every reach this state of euphoria? We pursue happiness, but is it not constantly fleeting? Isn't happiness an emotion that is solely based on circumstances, situations, people, and things? How can i be happy if the security of everything i obtain is so frail, uncertain, unsure. Its here today and gone the next. Even, if and when i obtain this things am i ever really satisfied? Do i not want more, better, and is not the best consistently changing & developing? (I mean every year they come out with a new iphone, you'll run out of breathe trying to keep up) Is not this pursuit NEVER-ENDING? & what's worse is that, none of these things or people can i take with me once i die..none of them. 

     Imagine me face to face to my creator, saying to him.."well i know you wanted me to be happy so i spent all my time chasing your gifted" & He says "But not me", I respond "Well i did good i got a nice car, a beautiful wife, i took care of my kids...thats what you wanted right?, He responded "So where is that stuff now?"

Leaving a Legacy! 

     Well, humanity so badly want to leave our mark on the earth! We want to do something no ones ever done, go where no ones ever gone, and be something no one has ever seen. We want to be remember for all generations and ages to come. We want to be revolutionaries, by breaking records, setting trophies, and leaving a legacy. We want to set a bar that will be unreachable by anyone who tries to obtain it, doing something new and ground breaking!

     How wrong this is! Every record is broken, every trophy is replace, and every legacy is forgotten. People spend their entire lives training preparing for one moment in time, to be succeeded by a younger version of themselves to break their record..the cycle goes on. 150 years from now what will really matter? Who will kobe bryant be to you once you are 80-90 years old but a memory of what he use to could do, & even then people will be comparing him to whoever the next greatest player is then. He will be eventually forgotten.

     Once i have attained this mark in history, what's next? Do i stop right there and just die? What becomes my purpose once i have achieved my so called purpose? Is my purpose not meant for a lifetime or is it an event or an era/age? Does my purpose on last for this life or does it exceed into the next one? What will it matter to my creator that i broke the world's hot dog eating contest, or that i was the first one to do nothing at all..

Be a Good Person/ Help the World!

     Everyone wants to save the world, solve global warming, cure cancer, HIV, and solve world hunger. Everyone has a passion to be remembered as a good person who cares about other people, who helped the homeless, who had a pocket full of good deed ready to pass them out for free. Everyone wants to be remembered for benefiting society, being someone's hero, saving a life, and making a difference!

     How wrong this is! loll (i know someone is like huh?!) Yes! Everyone wants to save the world but the world cannot be saved..it can only be preserved! Think about it: i can solve global warming, cure AIDS, feed the homeless every where, and build a school in every country, but everyone who i save, cure, & help will still DIE! I only help them temporarily. In 200 years every one who i have helped will be in a grave, the people they help will be in a grave, and so-on. Maybe someone needs to come up will a cure for death!..but then you create another problem: Over Population! So what does it really matter if i help someone who eventually will die. Even then, i can't help no body until i help myself, and that alone takes a lifetime!

     Imagine i save a village in some rural part of the world, planted a school, and just changed their lives tremendously. The same kid who i saved, grows up in the same school i built, learns about the same education i have, decides He wants to be a martyr for his country. Later saves up a his dollars that i gave him & fly to america and blows up a building that I'm in! smh (a lil extreme but feel me) How do i know who to help, how to help, and where to help. Morality doesn't change the world. Culture morality is exactly what it says..based on the culture, what may be right to him might not be right to them. To his culture his death is honored and his life has had a meaningful purpose! Even the fact of being remembered as a good person is wrong because no matter how hard i try i can't please everybody. Somebody will be mad for me, even for trying to help someone else. "The friend of my enemy is my enemy, and the enemy of my enemy is my friend" So who should we look to and please?

The Purpose of Life!

     So where does that leave me? It seems as if no answers have been given. What is the purpose of life? The thing about it is, it that we have a creator who created us, in whom we have to answer to & give an account for everything we have done. When i get there none of these reasons will suffice. Im gone end up just looking stupid! So when i come to the end of my life and look back on my life how do i know that i did what i was created/supposed/purposed to do?

     The truth is God wants all these things for your life! He wants you to be happy, leave a legacy and help people/save the world:

Happiness: God wants you to be in happy.. in him, not his gifts. He wants you to seek his face, not his hand, and to love the creator not the creation. He gives us things to delight in him. The source of my joy is not in the gift but the person who gives it. The moment i cherish the blessing more than the blessing..my life is wasted. The pursuit of happiness is NEVER ENDING because God is NEVER ENDING. He is the only one who can fill that void you search for.

Legacy: God wants you to leave a legacy..His, not yours. The fact of the matter is, we are finite, meaning not eternal, but God is everlasting. Anything we try to leave will eventually fade, but Gods legacy will endure through all eternity. His legacy has no beginning or end, His legacy is one that no one will ever be able to supersede..who else is good as God? His legacy is one that can't be replaced or forgotten, its written in the heaven: the story of his Son Jesus Christ and the redemption of the world!

The World: God wants you to help the world..through Him. Like i said everyone will die, but God has given a cure for death. Everyone wants to be moral but Christ is morality, not a cultural one that is objective, but a heavenly one which is the standard. The gospel saves, and changes lives. It is what will change the heart, and the circumstance and situation of a nation!

The Purpose of life is to Glorify God in everything you do which will involve your happiness and complete joy because it was what you were created to do. You were also created with a specific purpose but the thing about that is you can only find it in God. Check it: If an inventor invents an invention, who can be able to understand what it was invented to do except the inventor? You might be able to use it on other things but it will get worn out, tore up..& depressed because its not doing what it was meant to do. Its two ways you can find out what the invention was meant to do! 1) Read the instruction manual 2) Call the inventor! You have to learn to live life, you don't have to do nothing to exist, well yes you do, just do nothing. Some people have the wrong text book and being taught by the wrong teacher. Search for truth people, study to show yourself approved, because when the test comes & you don't have the right answers that F is going to cost you!

Thoughts on illuminati!

Short and sweet: The illuminati is not all its cranked up to be. Secret society, world domination lol it dont make no difference to me, and it shouldn't to you..its jus silly! Understand it is, what they want it to be, and it will be what ever you make..its simply a diversion! Basically while you focus on the hand signs and subliminal messages its the clearly visual messages they sliding right down your throat! Serious everybody is talking about it but no1 is stopping anyone from listening to the same music, watching the same shows, and doing the same things. So does it really matter?

You have to understand that their is a world system with powers, corporations, and systems thats been set up from the beginning not just this age but also the world, & whether you believe in God or satan, or not both exist in which satan is the prince of this world & currently over all these organizations that are anti-christ jus meaning opposing the gospel! This is no surprise! You have to look at it like this..if it was so secret how did you find out? if they are what they say they are, who they say they are, why hasnt anyone addressed it (president, military, congress ect)..because thats where it starts. It is real, but it doesn't matter to them whether you know it or not b/c at the end of the day its jus another tactic in a battle for your mind which controls the soul.. Earlier i labeled it a diversion because you focus on that while they hit you with this! Your mind is powerful and you get out of it what ever you put into it! Therefore if you put money, fame, fashion, cars, sex, drugs, pride and lust/(not love) into it (the basic components of Hip Hop) then your life will be shaped by your perspective & thats how you will pursue to live! now what do you say when you come to the end of your life, and have to meet your creator and discuss the life you lived?, doing everything that is not just opposed to Him but offends Him in such a way that He killed His son so He could even be able to bear to look at you!

The fact of the matter is its all about the mind, its a war going on, & we need to fortify or guard our minds against attacks, the thing is, i can't fight an enemy i can't see, i can't win a battle that i dont know about! Illuminati is pointless, hip hop is worthless, your soul is priceless, & eternity is endless! Pick a side!

What is Self?

What is self?

For those who read the title and said what the heck is this boi talking about.. This blog originated with a friend who asked me a simple question: how do I see my self? Simple, but yet profound. It took me into some serious meditation, weeks past(well months) & still I could not fully answer the question! I knew it had to be something more to it when a friend literally asks me the same question? Verbatim asking: What is self, explain destiny & do u believe that we have a self we are born with, do we learn it or did someone give it to us, how are you sure? So here is my opinion for those who are interested..

   What is self? Who are you? How do you know who you really are? Are you a product of  your experiences, environment, circumstances, situations, family, friends, country, media or are we divinely inspired, and created? Do we decide how we are? Does someone tell us how we will be? What make us who we are? the way we are? and even what we are? Where does it originate? where does it end? Does it stay the same? change? or grow? or is it concrete, complex, or just too complicated? Each answer gives a theory to the definition of the very essence of your being...

   To define self is like trying to describe the universe, everyone has a different perspective of it! Even tho there are many views, I know there is a truth that exist outside of what we see, feel, & think we know. To truly know who you are as an individual, there are two things someone could do to find out; 1) you could separate your self from everything everyone everyplace you think to be true, & bring your mind to a state of neutral. Then sort out & ask why to every preference, perspective & insight you have, questioning even you existence (which is virtually impossible), or 2) you could simply find out from the Creator that created you.

   From what I know to be true, us as human being are tripartite beings, meaning we are 1 person but we are currently made up of three forms (kinda like water)! We have a body, a soul, and a spirit! Our body is simply this flesh the human make up of our biology, anatomy and so-on, ya kno, everything that science teaches. The spirit however is what science can't explain, the spirit is the life force behind our body that makes it function, otherwise we are just dirt & organic, no more than just an element in the earth. (our spirit comes from God) "the breathe of life" . Now our soul is who we are. It is our personality, mind, and emotions, its what makes us..us! Our soul is formed and shaped by God who knows us before we are even born. He knows what we will be like, what his purpose & plan is for our lives. He has known us since the beginning of time. When, where, and who we would be born to & even what time. God has a purpose and destiny for every soul ever created.

   Now to get into how do we know who we are aside from every aspect of life. This can be complicated, because aside from our relationships with people & circumstances, its hard to define who we are, example; a slave only knows he is a slave in relation to his master & his environment but if you remove the chains the whip and the master, who is he now? no longer a slave? or is he still one in his mind?. Relating this to characteristic of my personality, I would have to compare myself to someone else. I could think I'm confidence but compared to another person I could be arrogant. What makes me confident to someone, compared to another, I could be insecure. So the question is who am I originally & what is the standard that we judge by?


   As people we are like seeds. We are born from a certain type of tree, to produce a certain type of fruit or leaf. Our soul is the seed. In life we are put/planted into environments/soil that affects how we grow, mature, even retard. Likewise, when we begin to sprout, many factors shape how our branches form; how big, strong, & healthy we become, & even our color, stature, and more are all shaped by this system. At the end of the day we are still the same seed that was put into the ground to produce that type of tree. There is no other tree in the world like us, maybe the same type but not identical. This is a metaphor to who we are as people, born as God destined souls into the world as seeds, but shaped and formed by our environment, culture, family, and much more. This is all according to Gods plan but this never changes who we are originally, but adds, grafts, prunes, even severs away limbs through our experiences.

   To be able to describe yourself down to a T is extremely difficult, because we seem to be different people around different people, also we constantly grow, shed, & mature. Who I am now is not the same person I was last week.  Your true identity is like a face. We may seem to be different people in response to alternate circumstances, people, and situations, but these are merely our facial expressions. We are still one face, but people have a different view of your faces. To some your ugly & others beautiful. Is how u see your self based on societies view, your cultures, or those close to you? The truth is we can't see our face! The only way I will know how I look is if someone tells me or if I look into a mirror. The problem is people lie, don't know truth, & standards are just off, even mirrors can be blurry, distorted,fractured, dim & spotted. So who can i go to, where can i look. The truth is, the bible is my mirror & Christ is my answer. To answer the question how I see my self is the way God sees me & he sees me who I will be and not who I am, therefore it's a progression of self view. There are too many influences that affect my view. Even my own sight is fallible, my vision is not 20/20. Its tainted by my limited knowledge & experience. But God has been here from the beginning & He knows all & sees all. He is, was, & will always be! He created me, so to know what i was created for, why i was created,& who i am, i would have to get to know Him. 

Expectancy..To say the least

I read this quote a while ago for a class, & later had to write an interpretation of it..1st thought after was reading it was "why does the greatest basketball player the world has ever seen say a quote as simple as this?".. B/c thru his minds eye, there is more than meets the eye! Here my interpretation.

The definition of expectancy is to look forward to; regard as likely to happen;  to have have hope in something happening. All in all it is the believed outcome of a goal being accomplished & its likeliness to be obtain by an individual. It is grounded in what one believes to be capable or probable of happening. What ever you want to do, you have to make the room in your mind to do it. If you believe your limits are limitless, your limited to your limitlessness! Sound elementary but to perform something a task you have to first  believe you can do it. What you know to be true about yourself & your ability controls the level of your expectation, and your level of expectation controls how high you set a bar. The boundaries you place on what you believe you can do, effect what you expect yourself to do, which gives an idea to what you will do, positive  or negative. Raise the level of your belief in what can happen and  everything else will fall along. 

     

     So why does one of the greatest basketball players in history feel intrigued enough to mention a quote as basic as this well, your beliefs are influence by a number of things in your environment. We are affected socially physically spiritually, financially, and emotionally amongst other things such as; your passion, desire, but mainly your exposure. Many of us have unknowingly low expectations of ourselves some from ignorance and some a deliberate  attempts to protect ourselves. Ignorance is  simply not to ignore or not to know, it must be discovered and understood before it  can be removed. Ignorance is powerless to remove itself neither will  it pass away of in and itself. It only disperses from the introduction of  knowledge. Therefore we only know what we are exposed to and we are  exposed to what our environment shows us. We only expect as much  as  our eyes can see, or what has been told to us. Its a tendency  to only believe the things that are tangible. Our imagination stems from our environment therefore naturally we only dream what our reality shows us. To imagine anything greater  to occur  is rare due to mundane routines & lack of exposure. We  don’t think outside the box because we only know whats inside the  box. Ultimately your level of exposure determines your level of  expectancy. Many people dont know therefore expect less & don't demand what they could if they did know. 

     Lastly some people have quit expecting great things because they  might have experience disappointment. In order to avoid getting their  hopes up and getting let down they don’t expect anything great to happen. A form of pessimism, which avoids the hurt of failure in all, by not expecting nothing at all, so it would be a "win-win situation" when any gain is considered success and any failure is considered neutral.  They consider this a safe zone. They do enough just to get by hoping to prevent the intense discomfort that’s associated with expecting too  much & being disappointed.

     So I believe that this charge that the  greatest basketball player the world has known is meant to be taken to  heart, literally to the extreme, applied to one’s life and lived by & on a day to day basis in all aspects of our lives. I don’t believe he  achieved what he achieved by taking quotes as simply as what it  implies but he used it to allow his imagination to supersede his reality until his dreams came true.

What is LOVE? (old)

1st off i want to say that i know this is a controversial and touchy topic, my intent is not too offend anyone but if being that this happens i apologize in advance, if we can't help each other get an understanding then we will simply agree to disagree, i would love to hear you opinions question comments or whatever you believe to be true & Just remember that... I love you!!!

The notoriously infamous affectionate vastly interpretational question..This one question no one seems to have an answer for, no one seems to concretely define. The question that will leave you lost in past emotions, in future expectation & current ecstasy! Ya know i wonder why this question is so open to everyones view? & why that view is so hazy even distorted? (another episode)..well hopefully in this short excerpt we can get some clarity...

What is Love? Love is pain, love is passion, love is sacrifice, love is a strong connection, love is unconditional! Many are correct these are all characteristics of Love & how they can make one feel & what they can make one do, but not quite love itself. Given the time & asking the right question these definitions will contradict themselves when placed in a broad category such as love directed toward certain people. Then we end in a conclusion that just stats there are many different types of Love. Well how do you know which Love it is that you are Loving? How do you know you love someone? When someone says i Love you what does it really mean? So is there a difference in Loving someone & being in Love? Whats the difference between brotherly motherly friendship spouse & regular love? If we had one universal/general definition i believe it would change people's perception on well,..everything! Love would not be some nebulous thing but something we can knowingly pursue after & know that we have achieved it! 

When people try to focus in on love its very difficult; when you can't describe a thought, you use a emotion, when you can't describe an emotion you use a feeling, when you can't describe a feeling you use an action. I believe Love is blatantly an action and an attitude, a verb, not an emotion nor a feeling, but a barrage of characteristics one shows towards someone. Here me out ,these characteristic summed up in doing what is in best interest for that person. Love strictly is, & does. Love shouldn't change period. When people say I love you they are merely saying i emotion you, i affection you or have adoration towards you but the thing about that emotions change and are affected upon circumstances..! Thats why some Love with all their heart today & tomorrow they in someone elses face, thats how you fall in & out of love: people can't control love b/c likewise we cant control our emotions (but we can control what we do), so they say love is blind..its blind b/c it doesnt see, its to busy feeling! 

So why is this so important? for many reasons (once again another episode)...so What is my definition of Love? well i cant take credit for my definition b/c i stole it! I once read it in The Greatest book i have ever read in my LIFE!, that love is..God (1 John 4v8). God is love, It doesnt say God has love, will love, can love, or even does love-It says God IS love. Its the very make-up of his character who he is, what he does! God is not changing. He is the same today as he was yesterday & forever more thats pretty concrete to me! So to know God is to know love!  1 Corinthians 13v4-7 describe key characteristics of Love & ultimately God http://bit.ly/erSb8c There are 2 different kinds of love: its either Real Love or Not Love! simple & plain. Now i do agree that there are degrees to Love (how fervently you demonstrate you action towards another) but ultimately it has the same origin, we must not get it confused. Because if you have the love of the world the love of the father is not in you..thats word. & dont get it wrong just b/c God is love doesnt mean he can't hate something! To love righteousness is to hate evil..simple put to love God is to hate sin! 

In this post modernistic society every one is open to their own interpretations. We live in a generation where truth can not be discovered, its only what works for you, (so they say) which is why our love is so throwed off. God gave us a command to Love. How can i love if love is a feeling..I can't "have feelings" for my enemies, yet if Love is a choice/an action, then i can choose to Love my enemies, i can choose to show these characteristics! 

Love is SO broad i can literally write a book on it but i'd rather you just read the one thats already written about the greatest love of all! Romans 5v8 but God commended his love toward us that even while we were yet his enemies he died for us! so i pray along w/ others that you will be rooted and grounded in true love, & will be able to comprehend with all of God's family how long, how wide, how deep and how high the love of Christ is, which passes all understanding, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God!

Noteworthy: Cam Newton!

...Noteworthy simply means something worthy of attention..therefore:

         Sitting in my hotel room eating KFC after a disappointing loss, my teammate is anxious to find the remote. Me personally idk exactly what the hype is all about but upon discovering it, he quickly scans the channels looking for the BCS game Auburn vs Oregon. Finding the station and turning to it, we catch the last few second of the game where the kicker wins the game & everyone celebrates! Honestly im like "ok can you change the channel now" lol but i continue to eat my biscuit chicken & parfait as my teammates sits 2inches away from the screen! Confetti is flying everywhere fans going crazy...& my mind gets to wondering amongst other things..but thats another episode! To get to the point Cam Newton gets up for an interview. Quietly & literally thinking to myself & God i say: "How does that happen? How does someone go from absolutely nothing to practically running the world seeminglessly over night? Like that has to be nothing but God!"..so i looked up in frantic expectation to see who he credits....

         Now before i go any further, i recently started hearing Cam Newton name this year all around alabama, i mean where-ever i went! Not till a couple of weeks ago did i realize that i already knew him in high school..He played for a rival high school basketball team West Lake, which members of our team knew & hung out with including Cam..to my surprise, astounded that this is the same lil boi who used to sit over my homeboi house playin cards, the same kid wit the nappy fro lol and the same lanky dude who played ball! He was just a guy from the block, same part of town now is practically running the nation, is a house hold name & is the president of alabama lol! I think thats absolutely incredible! & like i said it cant be anything but God!

         ......so back to the hotel & my fried chicken...the reporter ask how would you describe the journey you took to get here...pause....i sat my biscuits down & completely tuned in, Wow..what a question seemed like the answer took forever to come out..a million thoughts rushed in my head but the only 1 i could focus in on is "What the HECK is he bout to say" lol......."its just a God thing..im just his instrument..he is using me on a consist basis...to extend his word!!..A Prime Example!!!!!!.....turn something Bad into something GREAT!!!" I WAS DUNNNN!! ya hear me!! That encouraged me so much because i know that God will go thru great extents, use anyone he chooses in anyway he chooses to get Glory! & whats crazy is that He wants to do it in my life..& what even crazier is that He wants to do it in yours also!!! This was an example of something like a modern day JOSEPH "my favorite story in the bible btw" but truth is we are coming into a time where God will be using DAVIDS people after Gods own heart, not riches fame or fortune but those who want God 2b Glorified in everything! We are all instruments & our lives are songs..do they make Gods Ipod? I wrote all this to simply say God is in control he sets up kings and tears down nations, live to please him in all that you do & i promise..no He promises that your eyes have not seen nor your ears heard or even entered into the heart of man what God has planned for those who LOVE HIM!!

FRIENDS??!!! How many of us have them? Who needs them ne way??

-So a friend ask me a question today..What are friends for anyways?..I thought this was a very beautiful question..a question i sometimes look for the answer to but never really spent time thinking about but something God deals with me about..a lot! Man! Great question!!! Inspired a lot of thought! Im not sure where to begin but we NEED friends for alot of reasons...that in which i am still learning about b/c truthfully i can be or am, one of the most antisocial persons you will ever meet! Its not that im not good with people its just i dont like dealing with people its been 1 of my biggest struggles since being saved.. I can't really think of a true friend that i have ever had besides my brothers, b/c the way i see it if they were true friends we would still be friends..but to answer your question: We need friends to have some1 to relate with & share experiences with. What good is life if you live it alone? what good is success if its by yourself, even in trouble & disappointment a friend is there to share your burden, if not relieve it, likewise encourage you, help pick you up when you have fallen, help hold you up to keep you from stumbling, & help stand you up to help you walk straight! A friend is your ally acompliss asset and advantage! In a fight they got ya back, in a struggle they give you they shoulder, when you down they give you there hand..Friends are siblings from another mother but the same FATHER (God) ya kno..Friends are for growth..they show you who you are, used to be & supposed to be, they help you see when you can't see, help you understand when you can't reach, help you make sense of things when you can't think, and if they can't do either then its always good to know you are not alone and got some1 there regardless..comfort, advice, and laughter friends offer, a friend sacrifices like a martyr...a friend is someone who understands your past believes in your future & accepts you for who you are but hopes with their heart to see you better than where you are, we cant choose our family but we can our friends which is why i think this is so important because ultimately our friends are a representation of ourselves & who we are, they are bonds we make with soul mates & fit us like a missing puzzle piece! They make our dreams more vivid our passions more raging, our pursuits more worthwhile and our life more worth living..TRUE friends are apart of you, that if you dont have them u cant do what you gotta do..you wont make it to where you are suppose to go because they have somethin you need & vice versa... -i stopped right there realizing i was getting long winded & told her we can talk about it later lol..likewise we can too tell me what you think world!
